You can access the ski slopes by walking to the Masto ski lifts. Vuosseli is also close by and has a cafe and ticket office with ski equipment rentals.

The closest route goes right in front of the cottage. There’s more than 240km of routes and 40km with lights

You can find many places to have lunch of dinner very close by.

We have private parking for you if you’re driving. Taxis are working well in the area. There’s a bus operating between the airport and Ruka Village. The Ski Bus is operating also during the skiing season and the closest stop is 200m away.

Our favourites are Renna di Bosco from Pizzeria Ruka, bowls from Camp Kitchen, deep fried muikku from Riipisen riistaravintola and of course Vespino.
